If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange your item or offer you a full refund (minus shipping cost) within 7 days of the original delivery. Only unused items in it’s original packaging are returnable. Returns must be approved by customer service with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Contact customer service or call 781-477-1984.

Custom wired items will be charged a 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) restocking fee.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will pay for all standard shipping costs and charge no restocking fees.

Damaged Items
Please report damaged or short shipped items within 7 days of receipt. We will replace them at no cost to you. Contact customer service or call 781-477-1984.

Shipping Cost
We found that in order to give you the best possible shipping price, we need to review your order and calculate the most cost effective way to get it to you. Larger orders might be cheaper to send with LTL trucking on a pallet. Smaller orders can go UPS Ground or USPS Parcel. We will add actual shipping cost to your invoice and send it to you for approval if it varies much from the quoted amount.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
Depending on the order size, we will need a few days to get your order ready and figure out shipping and payment details. Tell us if you are in a rush or require a specific deliver date. Larger order will need some time to prepare and get ready to ship.
